Terms, Conditions & Policies of Netwebbers

Netwebbers has certain ethical and legal responsibilities with the terms of use of our server and equipment involved in providing website hosting services. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us.

Limitation of Warranty - Netwebbers makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, for the service it is providing. We are not responsible for damages suffered by any customer, including incidental damages or lost profits. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, misdeliveries, system failures or service interruptions caused by any source whatsoever. Customers understand and agree that Netwebbers has no obligation to maintain, protect or safeguard customers data stored and the customer agrees to accept responsibility for maintaining backup copies of all such data. And although our uptime rating is 99.98%, Netwebbers does not claim to be free of errors or service interruption.
Use of service - On Netwebbers hosting accounts, bandwidth use is expected to be reasonable and moderate. Netwebbers reserves the right to impose additional charges for use of bandwidth in excess of reasonable amounts.
Indemnity - Customers agree to defend, hold harmless and expeditiously indemnify Netwebbers from any claim, liability, loss, expense or damage arising out of the customer's breach or violation of any term, condition or covenant contained in this Agreement or resulting from the use of Netwebbers service.

Netwebbers customers are hereby made aware that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in the following prohibited activities:

Spamming - Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail (commonly known as SPAM) and will result in account suspension or cancellation of a hosted account with Netwebbers. Any and all spam complaints will be investigated thoroughly to determine if the complaint is legitimate. We will not take the word of the complainer. We must have proof from the one reporting the spam. Any user found to be spamming in any way or hosting a site advertised in spam will be given 30 days notice to either stop the spamming or come up with evidence to prove that the one reporting the spam actually did sign up to receive it or to find another host.
Intellectual Property Violations - Infringing on intellectual property rights of others (copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy and patents. Netwebbers will block access to customer content upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement. Termination of service may also result.
Obscene Materials - You may not use Netwebbers services to transmit, store, advertise, display child pornography, obscene speech, pornographic materials, hate materials, adult materials (adult material is not necessary limited to pornography), racial materials, or unlawful practices. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene and material protected by trade secrets, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable.
Illegal Activities - You may not use Netwebbers services for ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.
